Registered Dietician/Nutrionist

Matthew Walker Comprehensive Health Center (MWCHC) has an exciting opportunity available for a skilled, resourceful, and motivated individual who would like to make a difference in the lives of others by helping a non-for-profit organization fulfill its mission to provide quality health care. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Registered Dietician/Nutritionist will primarily be responsible for identifying ways to improve the dietary/nutritional care of patients and improve their quality of life through healthy eating habits at our Nashville, Smyrna and Clarksville, TN clinical sites.

Required Education/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Advanced Degree from an accredited university in dietetics or related field
• Credentials of Registered Dietitian through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Commission on Dietetic Registration 
• Tennessee state licensure as a Dietitian
• 3 years in a clinical or community setting, preferred
• 2 to 4 years in Community Health or private practice experience, preferred
• Spanish fluency a plus
