• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during every interaction.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and recommend improvements.• Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a focus on attention to detail.
• Strong skills in data entry and order processing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for email correspondence.
• Ability to manage schedules and appointments effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and resolving issues promptly.
