• 24-hour call, 7 days per week
• Urgent Needs: 12/1/25 - 12/7/25, 12/22/25 - 12/28/25, 1/5/25 - 1/11/25

Clinical Details

• Practice Setting: Operating Room (OR)
• Trauma Level: Level II
• Procedures: Plastic Surgery, reconstructive trauma cases
• Patient Age Group: Adults

Requirements

• Board Certified
• Active OH License - willing to License
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, DEA, CSR (Ohio)
• IMLC accepted with LOQ in hand
