CLEANER/CLOSER

Summary

This position plays a vital role in the health and safety of our children, staff and families and overall cleanliness of our center. We have two large buildings with multiple classrooms and common areas, as well as 2 playgrounds. We are looking for a responsible proactive, energetic, responsible people for this position.

Duties

THE PM CLOSER would be responsible for detailed cleaning once they have been closed for the day. This includes all cleaning and sanitizing per CCL licensing specifications. There are very detailed closing lists are available with specific stocking involved as well for each classroom and area of both buildings. Cleaning duties include but are not limited to, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping each classroom and common areas. Sanitizing and disinfecting toys, shelves, cubbies and classrooms overall. Cleaning bathrooms, and playgrounds.
This person would be required to complete trainings on Minimum Standards and CDC regulations for sanitizing and disinfecting.

Requirements

Be able to start immediately. You must be a fast learner, team player, love people and children, be able to take direction and follow company policy and procedures.
You must pass a background check, have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old. You must be willing to complete all required trainings and fingerprinting prior to starting this position. Only serious qualified candidates should apply and be prepared to come in for an interview within 24 hours of contact. You must be prepared to bend, sit, stand, stoop and lift up to at least 50 pounds on a routine basis throughout your shift.

Benefits

PM Teacher Floater/Closer hours would be 3-7(or when duties completed) Monday through Friday, and may be asked to work an 8 hour Saturday per month. The hourly rate for this position is $13/hr with a $10 stipend per night. After 30 days of good attendance, you would be eligible for an additional $1/hr stipend and weekly gas reimbursements of up to $4 per day.
