Medical Scheduler/ Front Desk Associate Tulsa, OK $16–$18.50/hour | Contract-to-Hire | Full-Time, Onsite System One is seeking a Scheduler/Front Desk Associate for a client in Tulsa. This is a full-time, onsite role. Responsibilities Schedule and manage appointments for multiple providers in a fast-paced environment Adjust schedules and reschedule appointments quickly and accurately when changes arise Coordinate effectively with providers, staff, and patients to ensure smooth scheduling operations Maintain accuracy and organization while managing multiple tasks at once Ensure all scheduling work is completed in a timely manner Qualifications Previous scheduling experience required Strong multitasking and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Dependable and motivated to see tasks through to completion About System One System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
