Your Impact as a Net Revenue Accountant
In this high-impact role, you will:
- 
    Prepare and analyze monthly net revenue reports for multiple facilities 
- 
    Partner with CFOs and finance leaders to explain revenue variances to budget and forecast 
- 
    Develop and maintain AR reserve models and month-end close packages 
- 
    Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and projections for net revenue and patient AR 
- 
    Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and deadlines 
- 
    Identify process improvement opportunities within revenue accounting and reporting 
- 
    Assist in the development of annual revenue budgets and audit documentation

Qualifications
Required:
- 
    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration 
- 
    4+ years of accounting experience, including month-end close and financial reporting 
- 
    Strong knowledge of hospital net revenue processes and AR accounting 
- 
    Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills 
- 
    Excellent communication and analytical abilities 
Preferred:
- 
    CPA or advanced certification 
- 
    Prior experience in healthcare, hospital systems, or multi-entity organizations 
- 
    Exposure to financial software or analytic tools used for revenue modeling
