Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 + Bonus

Your Impact as a Net Revenue Accountant

In this high-impact role, you will:

• Prepare and analyze monthly net revenue reports for multiple facilities

• Partner with CFOs and finance leaders to explain revenue variances to budget and forecast

• Develop and maintain AR reserve models and month-end close packages

• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and projections for net revenue and patient AR

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and deadlines

• Identify process improvement opportunities within revenue accounting and reporting

• Assist in the development of annual revenue budgets and audit documentation

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

• 4+ years of accounting experience, including month-end close and financial reporting

• Strong knowledge of hospital net revenue processes and AR accounting

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

• Excellent communication and analytical abilities

Preferred:

• CPA or advanced certification

• Prior experience in healthcare, hospital systems, or multi-entity organizations

• Exposure to financial software or analytic tools used for revenue modeling
