HR Generalist / Payroll Specialist

Salary: $50,000-$80,000

A few things you might do as the HR Generalist / Payroll Specialist:

• Process accurate, on-time multi-state payroll for salaried and hourly employees

• Administer benefits, leaves of absence, and employee changes

• Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle changes

• Maintain compliance with employment laws and payroll regulations

• Act as a resource for employee relations and policy questions

• Partner with management on performance and engagement initiatives

Ideal Background:

• 3+ years of HR and payroll processing experience (ADP or similar systems a plus)

• Strong knowledge of employment law and payroll compliance

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
