• Specific Oct ‐ Dec dates listed ‐ ongoing
• Scheduled hours M‐F 7‐4:30 p.m., no nights or weekends
• Board Certified
• ACLS
• EMR: Cerner
• Active MI license & CSR at time of submission
• IMLC ‐ dates of availability/need must be 60+ days out and must be able to provide LOQ for IMLC
• All candidates should have prior experience (completed Fellowship with minimum of 2‐3 years of experience)
