Blend Technician

A local company with a facility in the Commerce, MI area is currently seeking several Blend Technicians for long term opportunities with their growing team. Blend Technicians rates start between $19 - $20 hr. based on each candidate’s experience and education with multiple opportunities for pay raises within your first year. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rates. Overtime is paid at premium rates over 40 hours. We offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, etc.

Qualified Blend Technicians will have most, if not all of the following preferred skills and experience:

• Experience in a manufacturing and production environment, preferably in an industrial setting
• Experience blending chemicals and making oils
• Experience performing visual inspections, pull samples for testing, manage adjustments to blends
• Hi-lo / Forklift experience required
• Must be able to lift 45lbs
• Ability to work independently
• Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered).
• Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, etc.
