Retail Team Lead (Entry-Level)
Location: Houston, TX • Type: Full-Time • Training Provided
Ark Business Development is hiring Retail Team Leads to support and lead our in-store marketing & sales campaigns. This is an entry-level leadership role with paid training, fast growth potential, and a high-energy, team-first culture.
What You’ll Do
Support and lead in-store retail marketing campaigns
Engage customers to drive brand awareness and sales
Learn sales tracking, territory management, and customer acquisition
Assist with team development, huddles, and meeting facilitation
Help manage inventory and campaign execution

Qualifications
