Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced Team Lead to support a large-scale government project assisting with eligibility and enrollment services. This role involves supervising a team of representatives, supporting performance goals, and ensuring quality service delivery in a fast-paced remote environment.
What You’ll Do:
-Supervise and support a team of remote staff.
-Conduct training, coaching, and performance feedback.
-Review and ensure quality and accuracy in team members’ work.
-Assist with process improvements and documentation updates.
-Serve as a point of contact for escalated issues and questions.
What We’re Looking For:
-2+ years of experience in a lead, coordinator, or supervisory role (call center or administrative environment preferred).
-Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
-Comfortable using computer systems and managing virtual teams.
-High school diploma or GED required.
Equipment & Technical Requirements (BYOD):
-Candidates must use their own computer and high-speed wired internet connection.
-Windows 10 (22H2 or higher) or MacOS 13+
-Intel i5 processor or equivalent
-8GB RAM preferred
-Wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi only setups)
-Camera required for training sessions
Important:
-This is a remote position, but we are only considering candidates based in Texas, ideally near Lubbock.
