American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a NICU Night Shift position in Montana, requiring at least 1 year of NICU or related critical care experience and active MT or compact RN licensure.

- Night shift schedule with variable hours \n
- Weekends and holidays may be required \n

- Active MT or compact RN license currently in hand \n
- Current certifications required: BLS (American Heart Association), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and STABLE \n
- Minimum 1 year of NICU, Labor & Delivery, ED, or ICU nursing experience \n
- Must reside at least 90 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position \n

- Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessment, diagnosis, individualized plan of care development and implementation, and ongoing evaluation of nursing practice \n
- Collaborates with patients, families, and the broader healthcare team to promote health and a safe environment \n
- Participation in stroke education is expected per hospital protocol \n
- Candidates must demonstrate sound judgment, strong emotional intelligence, and the ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment \n
