Mountainy is expanding with a brand-new warehouse facility in Goodyear and were hiring Warehouse Associates to help us launch it! This is a rare opportunity to be part of the founding team at our newest location, helping set up the facility and build best-in-class fulfillment operations from the ground up.

What Youll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, youll be responsible for the full cycle of receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. Youll help maintain inventory accuracy and ensure every order meets our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload incoming shipments
• Scan and store products in our inventory system
• Pick and pack orders with precision and care
• Inspect incoming and outgoing items for damage or defects
• Label, sort, and organize merchandise
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Perform general warehouse tasks including cleaning and organizing

Schedule

• Primary Shift: SundayMonday, 5:00 AM5:30 PM
• Optional Shift: Tuesdays available for those seeking extra hours

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Able to operate basic power tools and warehouse equipment
• Willingness to be cross-trained across departments
• Adaptable to varying temperatures and physical tasks
