Position Overview:
We are hiring Experienced Construction Laborers to assist with various remodeling projects. Youll work alongside skilled carpenters and site supervisors performing a wide range of hands-on tasks, ensuring each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with demolition, site prep, cleanup, and material handling
• Load/unload tools, materials, and equipment
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Help maintain clean, organized job sites
• Follow directions from lead carpenters and site supervisors
• Ensure all work complies with safety policies and site rules
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of general construction or renovation experience
  
  
• Familiar with power tools, construction materials, and site safety
  
  
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
  
  
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily
  
  
• OSHA-10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  
  
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
