- Assist with food preparation and cooking according to recipes and established guidelines.
- Plate and present small bites and charcuterie boards with consistency and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all kitchen areas meet health and safety standards.
- Support the kitchen team during service by efficiently executing orders.

- Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in a professional kitchen, or a strong willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Culinary Skills: Basic knife skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques.
- Attention to Detail: A commitment to quality, consistency, and beautiful presentation.
- Team Player: A positive attitude and a willingness to support the team wherever needed.
- Organization: Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently during prep and service.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and during events as needed.
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly wage plus tips.
- Access to Health, Dental and Vision.
- Continued Education and Training.
- Opportunities to grow and learn, including exposure to wine and food pairings.
- Employee discounts on wine and café items.
- A supportive, team-oriented work environment where your contributions are valued.
How to Apply:
If you’re excited about working in a fast-paced, creative kitchen and want to be part of a team that values quality and hospitality, we’d love to hear from you! Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter sharing why you’re interested in joining Jamie’s Bottle Shop.
