  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial protection needs

  • Conduct virtual consultations and guide clients through application and underwriting processes
  • Follow up with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and coverage understanding
  • Meet or exceed performance goals in sales and client retention
  • Stay current on product knowledge, licensing requirements, and company updates
  • Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and care in every client interaction
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • State Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
  • Prior sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and quiet remote workspace
  • Commitment to professional development and ongoing training
