Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: She is fragile and has fallen several times, hurting herself. She is very friendly. Everyone who works with her loves her. She has some memory issues. She has a colostomy bag. We need someone to help her start her day, get her out of bed and to the bathroom, settle her in, make sure she has food for the day, maybe run errands and take her to doctor appointments. About the care needs: She mixes well with someone who is friendly, likes to talk and interact, has a good disposition. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
