What You'll Do

  • Respond to end‑user requests for technical assistance (phone, email, ticketing system)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Support installs, upgrades, and workstation setups (PCs, printers, access control)
  • Assist with onboarding tasks like user profiles, password resets, and desk setups
  • Travel between Fort Wayne and Auburn locations (2-3 times per week; mileage reimbursed)



What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 1+ year of IT support, help desk, or related experience (internships count!)
  • Strong communication skills-you can explain tech in plain English
  • Comfortable working in both office and industrial environments
  • Adaptable, flexible, and able to pivot as priorities shift
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and follow setup checklists independently
