Compensation:$60,000 - $85,000 yearly DOE
Responsibilities:- Establish therapeutic alliances and develop goal-driven treatment plans.
- Provide individual and family therapy using EMDR and other trauma-informed modalities.
- Complete documentation accurately and promptly, in compliance with TheraCorp policies and all applicable State and Federal guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the treatment team to monitor client progress and revise treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain a safe, supportive therapeutic environment, fostering trust and positive outcomes.
- Active New Jersey License: LSW, LAC, LAMFT, LCSW, LPC, LMFT.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing individual counseling/psychotherapy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong rapport with clients.

- EMDR Certification: Completion of an EMDRIA-Approved Basic Training Program is required. EMDRIA certification is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in providing mental health services, with specialized training in trauma and PTSD.
- Proficiency in EMDR protocols and complementary trauma-focused approaches (e.g., CBT, somatic therapy).
- Sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and cultural influences on mental health.
- Ability to explain EMDR processes clearly to clients and manage expectations.
- Commitment to Growth: Ongoing supervision, training, or consultation in EMDR therapy to stay up-to-date with best practices.
