Surgical Technician/SPD

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the operating room and ensure all instruments, equipment, and supplies are sterile and ready for use

• Assist the surgical team during procedures by passing instruments, sponges, and supplies

• Maintain a sterile environment and anticipate the needs of the surgical team

• Handle specimens properly and ensure accurate documentation

• Participate in turnover and preparation of rooms for subsequent procedures

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program

• Current certification (CST) preferred

• BLS certification required

Schedule: Day shift, Monday–Friday (no weekends or holidays), PRN
