ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency first opened its doors in 2000 and currently has a small, close-knit team of two dedicated professionals. Before becoming an agent, I worked in State Farm management operations, which gave me a deep understanding of how to support customers and run an efficient, service-driven office.

Im a proud graduate of College of El Paso, and our household keeps things lively were a house divided between Texas Longhorns and Texas A&M fans! Outside of the office, Im actively involved in various charitable initiatives and enjoy finding ways to give back to the community that supports us.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jim Franco - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
