Marketing Assistant

Presley Healthcare is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our network of companies. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and helps execute marketing strategies to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and updating marketing materials
• Coordinate marketing events and exhibitions
• Conduct interviews and research for articles and promotions
• Write engaging copy for marketing campaigns
• Manage online content across databases, websites, and social media
• Answer phones, order materials, and process requests
• Schedule meetings and arrange venues
• Monitor and report on marketing activities
• Perform other assigned duties and adapt to flexible work hours

Qualifications:

• Understanding of marketing, preferably in healthcare
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
• Skilled in copywriting and communicating complex ideas
• Self-motivated, adaptable, dependable, and flexible
• Able to maintain patient confidentiality and follow security protocols
