Title: Senior Training Developer Location: FT on site in Ft. Huachuca, AZ Clearance: Top Secret Duties / Responsibilities: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Training Developer to join the Titania Team on the Huachuca Training and Support Contract (HTASC) in support of the United States Army Intelligence Center of Excellence’s (USAICOE) Directorate of Training (DOT). The role’s primary responsibility is to provide comprehensive technical support in the development, writing, reviewing, and formatting of training materials for the DOT. Key Responsibilities: Serves as a technical writer developing MITS and ARTEP training documents- writing, reviewing, and formatting training materials and documents in alignment with the Army writing style and governing policies, regulations, and manuals. Collaborate with subject matter experts, sources, and stakeholders to ensure training materials accurately capture and express important trends, relationships, and significant facts. Provide expertise in the design, development, application, and maintenance of operational environment scenarios for the USAICoE’s courses and FORSCOM units. Integrate the MDMP, IPB, targeting, and collection processes into the developed products, focusing on the Intelligence Warfighting Function and Multi-Domain Operations (MDO). Presents technical and exercise briefings to USAICoE and FORSCOM personnel and liaise with external organizations and stakeholders to ensure the overall success of programs and exercises. Minimum Qualifications: Possess a Top Secret (TS) Special Compartmented Information (SCI) Clearance. Experience writing and developing technical documents IAW USAICoE, Army, and DoD writing standards. Six years military intelligence experience in the MI branch as an Intelligence Officer, Non-Commissioned Officer, or Warrant Officer or similar training and experience in the U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force or U.S. Marine Corps specialties in support of authorized intelligence activities as defined by AR 381-10 within the last ten years. SIGINT training and experience preferred. All other intelligence experience may be considered. Able to write and develop technical documents utilizing the preferred Army writing style in the active voice and according to governing regulations. Ability to gather, consolidate, and integrate numerous technical and administrative inputs from staff, professional, and technical personnel. Experience in designing and delivering exercise-based solutions geared towards small group activities and promoting key intelligence soldier competencies Knowledge of Army doctrine Available to start on-site in December 2025
