Job Summary
Adlee Conaway is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to achieve agency growth, retention and sales goals. You will help grow the agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships within the community. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. You will have the opportunity to connect with potential clients and set the stage for their insurance needs. Our agency thrives on developing strong relationships and providing personalized service to our clients. We value a positive and inviting environment that fosters growth and success.
Responsibilities – Are you the right candidate?
Insurance Sales/Service Representative Requirements:
- Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain
- Life & Health license is a plus! Must be willing to obtain
- This is a sales-focus first, service-focus second, position. Candidates should excel at sales!
- Servicing is not limited to taking payments, making changes, and maintaining client accounts' accuracy.
- Insurance experience is a plus!
- Excellent communication skills required.

Responsibilities are not limited to these but will include:
- Excel at start-close sales processes. Activities will include conducting professional and personalized conversations utilizing multiple communication strategies – via in-person, phone, email, text or virtual, creating and presenting quotes professionally, closing deals, seeking new opportunities, and developing leads!
- Excel at relationship building! We take pride in educating both current and future clients. Candidates should prioritize fostering positive relationships and excel in connecting with people to ensure a supportive and informative experience.
- Excel at learning technology and accept new processes.
- Excel at being a positive contributor in team building, networking events, and agency efforts becoming involved within the community.
Hours:
- Be reliable and punctual! We are seeking to hire a full-time, in-office, stellar seller! This will be filling a Monday-Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. role.
- Multiple compensation packages available to incentivize the right candidate! Base salary depends on experience, plus uncapped commissions.
Qualifications
Willingness to obtain your Property and Casualty, as well as Life and Health insurance licenses.
