Job Description

Risk & Insurance Compliance Solutions Manager
Dallas, TX (Local Preferred)
$100K–$115K + Bonus | Equity Eligible | Full Benefits

About the Company
Our client, Injala, is transforming the commercial insurance and risk-management landscape through their proprietary AI-powered compliance and risk platform. Partnering with brokers, carriers, and enterprise risk leaders, Injala’s mission is to simplify complexity, enhance compliance, and deliver smarter decision-making across the insurance ecosystem.

About the Role
The Risk & Insurance Compliance Solutions Manager will bridge the gap between industry expertise and product innovation — guiding how next-generation insurance compliance technology is designed, tested, and delivered.

This is not a traditional technology role — it’s ideal for someone who has deep experience in insurance compliance, brokerage operations, enterprise risk management, or legal risk-transfer work and can translate that knowledge into practical, client-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with clients to ensure strong partnerships, understand pain points, and drive improvement.
  • Act as the voice of the customer (brokers, carriers, risk leaders, and legal teams) in shaping product development.
  • Collaborate with developers on new features and provide feedback before launch.
  • Track and communicate release updates internally and externally.
  • Ensure all solutions align with compliance standards, risk management requirements, and best practices.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, accounting, and data teams to support company growth.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in insurance compliance, brokerage operations, risk management, or legal contract review involving insurance/risk-transfer.
  • Strong understanding of certificates of insurance, vendor compliance, and carrier/broker requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to identify workflow gaps and drive process improvement.

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Exposure to SaaS or InsurTech solutions.
  • Familiarity with product management frameworks (Agile, roadmap planning, user testing).
  • Interest in AI-driven tools or automation within insurance.

Why Join Injala

  • Shape the future of AI-driven insurance compliance technology.
  • Influence solutions used by the world’s largest brokers and enterprises.
  • Collaborative, mission-driven environment with visibility to leadership.
  • Competitive salary + bonus + equity opportunities + full benefits.
