Position Overview

HumanEdge is seeking an experienced Travel Emergency Department RN to support a Free-Standing Emergency Department (FSED) in Clarksville, Tennessee. This role involves providing emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.

Facility & Unit Details

• Unit Type: Free-Standing Emergency Department (FSED)

• Beds: 8

• Patient Ratio: 1:4

• EMR: Cerner

Responsibilities

• Perform rapid triage and initial patient assessment

• Administer medications and IV therapies

• Implement stroke and sepsis protocols

• Respond to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff

• Provide patient and family education

• Document care accurately and efficiently

Requirements

• Active TN or Compact RN License – Required

• BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA) – Required

• Minimum 1 year of recent ED RN experience – Required

• Experience in triage and emergency protocols – Required

• Strong IV and medication administration skills

• Free-standing ED experience preferred but not required
