Part-Time Trademark Litigation Attorney (Remote – NC Licensed)Pay Rate: $70–$105/hour DOEAssignment Type: Temporary Contract (3–6 months, potential to extend)Weekly Hours: Average 20 hours/week (Must be available to work during regular business hours)Location: Remote (Must reside and be actively licensed and in good standing to practice law in North Carolina)Start Date: Immediately upon clearing onboardingLHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Trademark Litigation Attorney to support a prestigious law firm client based in NC. This part-time, remote contract role is ideal for a seasoned IP litigator with a strong background in trademark disputes.Key Requirements:
  • Active NC law license and current NC residency
  • Minimum 4 years of trademark litigation experience
  • Availability to start immediately with minimal time off over the next 90 days
  • Must pass background check, employment and education verification, licensure confirmation, and conflict check
Responsibilities:
  • Handle trademark litigation matters from inception through resolution
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
  • Provide strategic legal advice and support to the firm’s litigation team
