This part-time, remote contract role is ideal for a seasoned IP litigator with a strong background in trademark disputes.Key Requirements:

• Active NC law license and current NC residency
• Minimum 4 years of trademark litigation experience
• Availability to start immediately with minimal time off over the next 90 days
• Must pass background check, employment and education verification, licensure confirmation, and conflict check

Responsibilities:

• Handle trademark litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• Provide strategic legal advice and support to the firm’s litigation team
