EEG Technician
Location: Upstate University Hospital, Syracuse, NY 
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days, 5x8, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Every Other Weekend require 
Start Date: ASAP

Requirements:

\n

\n
• Registered EEG (R. EEG) and BLS/CPR certification required.
\n
• Minimum 1 year of EEG experience required and EMU experience preferred.
\n
• Must be proficient in performing routine EEGs for neonatal through geriatric patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
\n
• Experience with electrode application, EEG waveform analysis, 24-hour EEG data editing, equipment maintenance, and preparing data for physician review required.
