8a - 4p Rotating weekends every 4th or 5th 1 summer/1 winter holiday Must have exp. with Sub- acute patients.

Skills:
\n2 years of acute care experience strongly preferred
\n Case Management, Managed Care. In Patient Case Management is required

Education:
\nBSN required
\n RN license required
