Customer Service Representative – Pepsi MidAmerica
Location: Marion, IL
Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About the Role:
Join the Pepsi MidAmerica team as a Customer Service Representative and become the voice of our brand! In this role, you’ll support our customers by providing top-notch service, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth experience with every interaction.
What You’ll Do:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional, friendly manner
Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
Maintain accurate customer records and update account information
Provide detailed information about products and services
Upsell additional products and services when appropriate
Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet customer needs
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong phone etiquette and active listening abilities
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Dependable, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude
