Assistant Medical Director / OB-GYN – Collaborative Maternity Care Practice

Location: Norwalk & Stamford, CT

The Hire Source is looking for an experienced, board-certified OB/GYN to serve as Assistant Medical Director for an exciting new collaborative care practice in Fairfield County, Connecticut. This is a unique leadership opportunity to help build and shape a new model of integrated maternity care—bringing together the compassionate, patient-centered approach.

The group delivers maternity care built around patients—providing comprehensive, evidence-based support before, during, and after pregnancy. With fewer C-sections and higher VBAC success rates, their innovative care model delivers better outcomes through a trusted team of midwives, OB/GYNs, and care navigators. They have expanded their services to include Preconception, Pregnancy, Postpartum, Miscarriage, and Gynecology care, with multiple clinics in New York and expansion into Connecticut.

Position Overview

As Assistant Medical Director, you will:

• Provide expert, person-centered patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Lead and mentor a collaborative team of midwives and OB/GYNs.
• Oversee clinical operations, support administrative goals, and participate in educational initiatives with the OB/GYN residency program.
• Work closely with leadership from both Oula and Stamford Health to ensure delivery of exceptional, evidence-based maternity care.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am–5pm, with on-call rotation
• Locations: Norwalk and Stamford, CT
• EMR: EPIC
• Compensation: Market-competitive salary with wRVU incentives, comprehensive benefits, and generous sign-on and relocation bonuses
