Job Description
We’re looking for skilled Machine Operators to join our client's team in Johnson County who will play a vital role in maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency in our production process. These are full-time positions and are NOT a TEMP jobs!

Our client manufactures precision measuring instruments and meters and maintains a healthy, diversified customer base, which translates to workforce stability, even during unstable economic times. Due to their global success in industries such as oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, healthcare equipment, food and beverage, and municipal water supply equipment, they have remained stable for over 100 years and operate in 48 countries!
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of machines and production equipment according to established procedures.
- Perform inspections and functional testing to maintain product quality.
- Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and daily production schedules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine or process issues.
- Record production and quality data accurately using SAP or other tracking systems.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety procedures.
- Support continuous improvement and report any quality or process concerns.
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints, follow written instructions, and perform basic math.
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measurement equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, etc.).
- Self-motivated and dependable, with a strong sense of ownership in your work.

Sign-On Bonus
- $1000 for 1st shift and $1500 for 2nd shift
- $500 is paid out at 90 days, and the remainder is paid out at 180 days
