Location: Victoria, TX
Pay: Starting at $20 DOE
We’re hiring a Counter Sales / Warehouse Lead for an established electrical supply company in Victoria, TX! This role blends warehouse operations and customer service — ideal for someone with strong warehouse experience who wants to step into a lead or warehouse manager path.
About the Opportunity
- Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire
- Growth path into warehouse leadership or inside/outside sales

What You’ll Do
- Assist walk-in customers & contractors at the counter
- Provide quotes, enter orders & answer product questions
- Pull, stage, load & receive materials
- Maintain inventory accuracy & warehouse organization
- Operate forklift/pallet jack (training provided if needed)
- Support and train newer team members
What We're Looking For
- Strong warehouse experience — leadership experience preferred
- Electrical product knowledge a plus (wire, conduit, fittings, lighting)
- Customer service / counter sales experience helpful
- Ability to lift 50 lbs & work on your feet
- Reliable, self-starter who wants long-term growth
