Property Supervisor – Greater Los Angeles Area
Salary: $65,000 – $72,000 per year (plus mileage reimbursement & annual bonus)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours a week Mon-Fri
Location: Corporate office in West Covina, with regular field travel to properties across the Los Angeles area

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Supervisor to oversee multiple property managers and directly manage select communities without on-site staff. This is a field-based leadership role with regular travel to properties, while also working from our corporate office in West Covina for meetings, reporting, and coordination with our management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support property managers, assistant managers, leasing teams, and maintenance staff.
- Manage operations for properties without on-site managers.
- Oversee leasing, marketing, and resident retention efforts.
- Review and approve invoices, budgets, and vendor contracts.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality, maintenance, and curb appeal.
- Monitor rent rolls, delinquencies, and vacancies; provide follow-up and action plans.
- Resolve escalated resident concerns in a timely, professional manner.
- Collaborate with Asset Manager and Controller on reporting, financials, and portfolio goals.
- Travel regularly throughout your assigned portfolio (mileage reimbursement provided).
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property management, including supervisory duties.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
