About the Role:

The UPS Store is seeking Seasonal Retail Associates to join our East Columbus team for the holiday and post-holiday season — November 2025 through mid-February 2026. You’ll help customers with packing, shipping, and printing during one of our busiest times of the year. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for weekend or full-time hours, hands-on retail experience, and potential long-term opportunities after the season ends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service

• Assist with packing, shipping, printing, and mailbox services

• Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently

• Restock merchandise and maintain store organization

• Support the team during high-volume holiday periods and returns season

• Follow UPS Store procedures and safety standards

• Be flexible to work at either store location based on staffing needs

Qualifications:

• Retail, shipping, or customer service experience preferred (training provided)

• Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused

• Must be able to work weekends (Sat 9–5 / Sun 10–3); weekday shifts may also be available

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask

• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Must be willing to work at both store locations (10 minutes apart)

Schedule & Compensation:

• Seasonal position: November 2025 – Mid-February 2026

• Part-time or full-time weekend availability

• $11 – $12 per hour depending on experience

• Opportunities for continued employment after the seasonal period

• 16 years or older
