Line Maintenance Technician

As a Line Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and performing basic maintenance on machinery and equipment on the floor. You will play a crucial role as the first line of maintenance, handling small repairs and adjustments to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot machinery and equipment on the floor.
• Perform basic maintenance and small repairs on machines.
• Test equipment and check sensors.
• Complete tooling repairs and fixtures.
• Execute daily machinery changeovers at 10am and ensure proper functioning post-changeover.
• Conduct quality checks for initial parts to confirm successful changeovers.
• Communicate effectively with different departments such as maintenance, production, engineering, and quality.
• Document and write daily reports using a computer.
• Use hand tools for mechanical repairs and adjustments.
• Read and interpret blueprints as required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.70 - $24.30/hr.
