Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of PLC systems and electronic systems.
- Diagnose and repair electrical systems.
- Manage breakdowns via a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs, specifically Allen Bradley.
- Work with controls, PLCs, robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
- Assist with equipment installations and upgrades in the plant.
- Complete preventive maintenance on electronic equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair systems including press controls, PLCs, robots, electronics systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
- Work with press controls and robotics systems.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
• Salaried position however they will receive time and a half for anything over 40 hours
• Vacation time is really good - take into account yrs experience in the field. for example if they have 8 yrs of maint experience they will get hired in with 13 days of vacation (extra 2 weeks if they hold a journeyman card)
• Tool allowance of $400/yr
