We are seeking a Research Technician to join our dynamic biotechnology team focused on advancing innovative solutions in protein purification and biologic isolation. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about contributing to cutting-edge research and development in the life sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine analytical testing of protein samples and biologics derived from purification processes.
  • Execute standard operating procedures to assess quality attributes of viral particles and proprietary reagents.
  • Support the development and optimization of analytical methods for new reagents and biologic targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with research, development, applications, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment and data integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline, or High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of relevant experience (e.g., analytical technician, QC scientist).
  • Familiarity with large molecule analytical techniques such as:
    • SDS-PAGE
    • UV-Vis Spectrophotometry
    • Flow Cytometry (FACS)
    • HPLC
    • ELISA
    • qPCR
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in an analytical laboratory setting (academic setting is acceptable)
  • Hands-on experience with flow cytometry and analytical method development.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation practices.
  • Highly motivated, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
