Job Description & Requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Manage wound care, IV therapy, catheters, G-tubes, and drains.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and social services.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and disease management.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation.

Required Experience

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of recent Home Health experience.
• Must be able to work independently.
• First-time travelers accepted.

Required Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behavior) – Facility provides training if needed.
• Active RN License

Additional Notes

• No local candidates within 100 miles.
• Mileage reimbursement provided at the IRS standard rate.
