HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Plattsburgh, New York.

Plattsburgh, NYShift: Night 3x12
Key Requirements
✅ 1 year Med-Surg/Telemetry experience required
✅ AHA BLS required
✅ NIHSS required before start
✅ Epic experience within the last 2 years (non-negotiable)
✅ NY RN License or proof of application at submission
✅ Comfortable floating between multiple Med-Surg/Tele units and ED Hold patients
This is a Resource Pool/Float position, not a single-unit assignment.
You'll float among:
- \t
- R5 – Med Surg Oncology \t
- R6 – Med Surg Orthopedics \t
- R7 – Med Surg Urology/ALC \t
- ED Hold patients in the Emergency Department \t
- Potentially other telemetry units as needed
This assignment is best suited for nurses who:

- Adapt quickly to different patient populations \t
- Have strong time-management skills \t
- Are comfortable receiving assignments in multiple departments

- R5: 1:4 \t
- R6: 1:4 \t
- R7: 1:5
These are generally favorable ratios compared with many travel assignments.

- Unit secretaries on all units \t
- Respiratory Therapy available 24/7
This typically reduces non-nursing workload.
