American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum) position in Billings, MT, requiring a minimum of 2 years of L&D experience and Montana or Compact RN licensure.

- LDRP unit within a hospital setting, providing care across labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum phases \n
- Patients include laboring patients, postpartum couplets, and antepartum/high-risk pregnancy patients \n
- Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM \n
- On-call required: 3–4 call shifts per 8-week block \n
- Floating required to Peds and NICU; safety sitting on any unit may also be required \n

- Active MT RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand \n
- Minimum 2 years of L&D RN experience required \n
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring \n
- Experience in labor, delivery, and postpartum care is mandatory; experience with high-risk/antepartum patients is a plus \n
- Must reside 75+ miles from the facility to be eligible for this position \n

- Candidates will manage postpartum couplets in addition to labor and delivery patients \n
- Experience with antepartum and high-risk pregnancy care is highly valued \n
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this position \n
- Local candidates (within 75 miles of the facility) are not eligible for this position \n
