HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Bel Air, Maryland.

Case Manager RN - Days - 40H, Occasional weekend staffing needs on case by case basis
\n 3YR experience required; will accept first-time traveler with inpatient hospital/acute care experience; EPIC charting preferred
\n Start Date: 9/14/26
\n Contract length: 13 weeks
\n Shift/hours: 5x8 Days, Monday thru Friday block (08:00 or 08:30-16:00 or 16:30, depending on needs)
\n License/certs required: RN MD state license required; BLS preferred
\n Average Daily Census – 15 cases daily
\n Patient Diagnosis - INPT case management providing and coordinating medical home care, placement & social issues-wrap around type services for safe discharges.
\n Scrubs/Attire: Business casual
\n Holidays: required as they fall, as scheduled
\n Floating: required between Bel Air and Aberdeen facilities as needed (10 mile radius between the facilities)
