ARC Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a growing Tax Resolution firm in Jacksonville, FL, seeking an Associate Tax Attorney to join their team.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Active bar membership in any U.S. state (does not need to be Florida)

• Previous experience in tax law, tax resolution, or related legal areas preferred, but not required

• Strong analytical, research, and client communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with federal and state tax issues, including audits, collections, and resolution strategies

• Draft legal documents and correspondence related to tax matters

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex tax cases

• Stay updated on tax regulations and case law
