Requirements: Orientation set by PCC; requires SS card, driver's license, PPD, flu documentation, diplomas, residency certificate, board certification, NY license, NY DEA, NY infection control certificate, photo, CME (past 2 years), case logs (past 2 years), ACLS/PALS/ATLS, $50 application fee for physicians, COIs (past 5 years)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Daily OT after 12 hours and Weekly OT after 168 hours apply based on fixed differential
• Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• Full scope of Emergency Medicine procedures
• ACLS and PALS required for EM boarded providers (AHA)
• FM/IM boarded providers require ACLS, PALS, and ATLS (AHA)
• Annual compliance with facility CME and procedural requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active New York Medical License and NY DEA required
• Board: ABMS Board Certification required (ABEM, AOBEM, ABFM, ABIM; no ABPS accepted)
• Residency: EM, FM, or IM residency completion required
• Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, and PA
