WhatYoullDo

• Support the Project Manager with day-to-day project administration from start to finish

• Help coordinate internal field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and material orders

• Track RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, and project documentation

• Assistwith preparing meeting agendas, notes, and weekly project updates

• Communicate with architects, engineers, and owner reps to keep schedules moving

• Help manage quality standards, jobsite safety requirements, and issue resolution

• Support estimating and preconstruction efforts when needed

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in commercial construction or related field

• Experienceassistingor coordinating on active job sites

• Strong communicationand organizational skills

• A sense of ownership and the ability to take initiative

• Estimating experience is a plus

• A strong understanding of how field and office operations support each other

• A desire to grow with a team that valueshard workand accountability
