WhatYoullDo
- Support the Project Manager with day-to-day project administration from start to finish
- Help coordinate internal field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and material orders
- Track RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, and project documentation
- Assistwith preparing meeting agendas, notes, and weekly project updates
- Communicate with architects, engineers, and owner reps to keep schedules moving
- Help manage quality standards, jobsite safety requirements, and issue resolution
- Support estimating and preconstruction efforts when needed
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in commercial construction or related field
- Experienceassistingor coordinating on active job sites
- Strong communicationand organizational skills
- A sense of ownership and the ability to take initiative
- Estimating experience is a plus
- A strong understanding of how field and office operations support each other
- A desire to grow with a team that valueshard workand accountability
