Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Farbicators for projects located in Kaukauna, WI. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $28/hour based on experience and skill level plus $100/per diem for travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:

• Utilizing welding techniques used on all gauges of construction metals
• Aluminum and stainless steel welding
• Read and work from blueprints, layouts and other types of work orders
• Operate basic hand/air tools, including electric grinders and overhead cranes
• Meet quality and performance expectations

Responsibilities

• Welding program diploma, job related coursework, or equivalent experience
• MIG welding experience
• Must possess strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Accurately use a tape measure, caliper, and square
• Grinding, insulating, painting and/or assembly experience
• Heavy steel fabrication, welding, painting, and assembly
• Good depth perception and peripheral vision
• Pulling, pushing, reaching, climbing, kneeling, crawling, hand manipulation, and standing for extended amount of time
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or love up to 25 pounds
• Frequently lift and/or move items weighing 50-75 pours with either teammate or mechanical assistance
