Women’s Group of North Florida is expanding our OB/GYN hospitalist team and seeking a board-certified physician to join our collaborative, high-volume practice in Gainesville, Florida. This position offers a true in-house call-only model — no outpatient clinic — with highly competitive compensation, resident and midwife support, and academic affiliation with the University of Central Florida (UCF).
You will work alongside a dedicated team of OB/GYN hospitalists, midwives, and 16 residents, managing labor and delivery, triage, emergency OB/GYN cases, and inpatient consults. With an average of 6 in-house 24-hour shifts per month, this position offers a highly manageable schedule and the opportunity to engage in teaching without overwhelming service demands.

Qualifications
- Board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Eligible for a Florida medical license
- Three to five years of general OB/GYN practice required
- Comfortable with full-scope hospital obstetrics and gynecologic emergencies
- Committed to collaborative care and resident teaching
