Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales / Business Development Manager to join our growing IT Solutions and Staffing division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating new business, managing client relationships, and closing deals in IT Services or IT Staffing domains. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT Solutions, Consulting, and Staffing across US markets. Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation. Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives, technology leaders, and key decision-makers. Lead end-to-end sales cycles — from opportunity identification and proposal preparation to contract negotiation and closure. Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to create customized proposals and respond to RFPs. Maintain and grow existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue, margin, and growth targets. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. Required Skills & Qualifications Deep experience in IT Services / IT Solutions / Consulting / Staffing Sales . Strong understanding of enterprise IT sales cycles and consultative solution selling. Proven track record in business development, account management, and deal closure. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong network across small to mid size US enterprises. Demonstrated commitment and long-term vision — no job hoppers. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
