Lead Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the building/remodeling industry and possess a comprehensive skill set that includes various carpentry techniques. The Lead Carpenter, will perform and oversee projects, ensuring quality workmanship while leading a team of 1-2 carpenters in executing tasks efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the building/remodeling industry with a strong portfolio of completed projects, and must be able to:

• Work independently and lead projects efficiently, effectively and to completion in line with project deadlines.
• Perform a variety of framing and finished carpentry tasks including but not limited to additions, remodeling, decks, basement finishing, bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels, etc.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine project requirements and specifications.
• Build and assemble structures such as framing and cabinetry with precision and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Troubleshoot issues on-site as they arise.
