Shift : 1st shift

Major Purpose:

Acts as the communication link between the company, channel partners, and third-party packaging/warehouse operations to resolve issues related to complete goods, service parts, configurations, availability, and shipment coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate packaging and container solutions for service parts moving through the network.
• Support packaging projects focusing on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Perform administrative duties: data entry, documentation, and correspondence with third-party packaging facilities.
• Manage order fulfillment issues (parts ID, mixed/defective stock, unshipped orders).
• Use data systems to track inventory, orders, and performance metrics.
• Ensure workflow efficiency and prioritization of critical tasks.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Cross-functional coordination and problem-solving experience.
• Basic data analysis and reporting.

Preferred / Stand-Out Skills:

• Experience in warehouse or production environments.
• Knowledge of SAP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Familiarity with developing work standards.
• Prior administrative support experience in logistics or manufacturing.

Physical & Work Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• On feet 70% of the workday.
• Work in a high-traffic warehouse environment.
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week).
